This July, in Pittsburgh, experience more art and magic in the Cultural District in the heart of Pittsburgh. Here are all the shows to experience.

Liberty Magic

Liberty Magic welcomes Mark Toland in Mind Reader. Mark can tell everything in your mind, to him, you are an open book. This fantastic show will stun the audience as he explores the mysteries of the brain. Mark Toland will be reading minds through August 4th.

Summer Gallery Crawl

The galleries for the Cultural Trust will each have a new exhibit this month. 

  •     Wood Street-Mythologies-The work of Guillaume Marmin.

  •     937 Gallery-What We Don’t Talk About-Collection about life and death.

  •     707 Penn Ave-Darkest Dark: Charcoal Drawings by Oreen Cohen

  •     SPACE-________-Curated by Brett Yasko- 87 Pittsburgh Artists were given a roll of film and this show is the result.

Added Event:

Footwork-This immersive dance party hits the Cultural District on Friday, July 12th at The Trust Arts Education Center. Drinks by Spirit, Bites by Big Burrito and Lights by LUXE Creative. DJ SMI is the official DJ for the night. Tickets for this event can be found here.

I’m With Her: Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz, and Aoife O’ Donovan

This fantastic trio graces the stage at the Byham this July 17th. For information and tickets visit here.


Sh!tfaced Shakespeare


This hilarious troupe performs Shakespeare, but with a party experience. The idea is before the play begins, one of the characters must chug a bottle of wine. This stop through Pittsburgh they perform Romeo and Juliet. This exceptional performance is July 20th and at the Byham Theater.
